'What's that? A leaf? Ooooh!!!' :)

Our ever friendly college cat, Fuzzy plays with a fallen leaf...

Fallen leaf

I love Fall - when the evenings are pleasantly chilly, when leaves go crunch underfoot, and when the trees look bare and yet beautiful in the rosy dusk. There's so much to see, and dry leaves fall to the ground, covering it in different colours - chocolate brown, rich red, sepia brown....
It always puts me in a creative, poetic mood, and sometimes all I want to do is look at the scenery around me from the window of a cosy cafe, my notebook and my musings my only company.
Indeed, when I think of going abroad someday, I think of a beautiful park in a place like New York - alive with the colours of Fall, and yet at the heart of urban life.

I'm learning slowly...

Am beginning to discover photography more, and have become even more acutely aware that my work is hopelessly amateur. Still, I shall keep scouring the world for inspiration, and I can say that so far, I have done my best.
